Biography
She possesses deep experience in the strategic management of workplace restructuring processes, including downsizings, collective redundancies, and business closures. Her expertise includes drafting and termination of executive employment contracts, designing employee incentive schemes, equity participation and bonus plans, as well as overseeing settlement and mediation negotiations. She also delivers effective legal solutions for the employment law aspects of local and cross-border workplace/business transfers and corporate acquisitions. Additionally, Gülce has comprehensive knowledge and experience in collective bargaining negotiations, social security law, and the visa and work permit regimes applicable to foreign nationals.
Gülce’s expertise further encompasses to compliance and investigations, where she has significant experience in planning, effectively conducting, and implementing the legal outcomes of internal investigations related to corruption, fraud, abuse of power, and white-collar crimes.
Beyond these areas, Gülce is highly experienced in corporate and commercial law and regularly advises domestic and multinational companies on commercial law and contracts. Additionally, she has actively participated in mergers and acquisitions, offering strategic support to clients throughout these transactions.
Gülce represents clients across a wide spectrum of industries, including banking, energy, real estate investment, retail, chemical industries, media, online gaming, and technology sectors.
She holds an LL.M. degree in International Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London (2013) and an LL.B. degree from Ankara University Faculty of Law (2009).
