On 18 November 2025, the shareholders of Apsiyon, a leading Turkish cloud-based property management technology company, have entered into a share purchase and transfer agreement for the sale of their entire 100% shares to Aareon, a German multinational software company and one of Europe’s largest providers of software solutions for commercial and social real estate companies backed by TPG, CDPQ and Advent International. Founded in 2012 by Kudret Türk, Erkan Doğan, and Meriç Akdamar, Apsiyon is providing a full-cycle service for property managers managing multifamily buildings, gated-communities and mixed-use developments.
The transaction is expected to close upon completion of customary regulatory approvals.
Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by partner Ayşe Demirel Atakan and senior associate Aslı Eryılmaz together with associate Mustafa Karadaş acted as counsel to the Founders on this transaction.
