Biography
Ayşe joined Paksoy from a reputable law firm in İstanbul with over 15 years of experience, and she advises clients in their high profile and strategic cross border M&A deals and private equity transactions. Ayşe Demirel Atakan advises multinational companies and local group companies on corporate law and commercial law in their daily transactions. She has been acting for foreign and Turkish strategic investors and PEs in their acquisitions in Türkiye, as well as advising selling shareholders in transactions of all sizes and sectors.
Ayşe Demirel Atakan is a member of the New York State Bar.
