Bahçeci Health Group, one of the major providers of fertility services in Türkiye, entered into transaction agreements for the strategic acquisition of its shares by FutureLife, a major pan-European provider of fertility, IVF and genetics services and backed by CVC Capital Partners and Hartenberg Holding. The completion of the transaction is subject to fulfilment of conditions precedent including the Turkish Competition Authority’s approval.
Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by partner Elvan Aziz, along with senior associates Pınar Babaoğlu and Deniz Benli Kandiyoti, is acting as Turkish counsel to Bahçeci Group in this transaction.
