On 31 July 2026, APP, through its Turkish subsidiary, completed its acquisition of Sanipak from Eczacıbaşı Holding following receipt of all required regulatory approvals and other condition precedents. The completion of the transaction followed the share purchase agreement entered into on 20 March 2026. Paksoy is pleased to have advised APP on this significant transaction with a big team of lawyers from M&A, anti-trust and banking departments.
Sanipak has a broad portfolio of well-established brands, including Selpak, Solo, Silen, Servis, Uni Baby, Okey, Detan, Defans, Selin and Dalina.
Paksoy’s team advising APP Group on the transaction was led by partner Elvan Aziz and included senior associates Pınar Babaoğlu and Mete Siber, and associates Lale Ayrancioglu and Hüsna Çilova.
