Paksoy represented the banks Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs in US$780 million Nasdaq IPO (including greenshoe) of Hepsiburada, Turkey’s largest online retailer. Reaching a market capitalisation of US$4 billion, Hepsiburada (under the ticker “HEPS”) made its US stock market debut by selling American Depository Shares to investors, marking the largest IPO ever by a Turkish tech-company and becoming the one-and-only Turkish company listed on Nasdaq.
Paksoy is proud to announce that the team led by partner Ömer Çollak, along with our counsel Ökkeş Şahan, our senior associates Nazlı Tönük Çapan and Zeynep Toma, and our tax partner Şansal Erbacıoğlu, represented the banks in this transaction.
