Voodoo, a mobile game publisher headquartered at France, has made an investment to Fabrika Games, a mobile games studio located in İstanbul, in order to combine Fabrika Games’ experience in developing high-quality games with Voodoo’s publishing expertise and industry leading services and tools. Fabrika Games strives to produce new concepts in hyper-casual design model and to continue to be a key trendsetter in Turkey’s game development market.
Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by Togan Turan (partner) together with Can Aksoy (associate) and Bengüsu Güvendi (associate), and Sansal Erbacioglu, head of tax and fiscal services, advised the shareholders of Fabrika Games on this transaction.
