ISS Global Forwarding Taşımacılık A.Ş. (“ISS Turkey”), a subsidiary of Dubai based ISS Global Forwarding One Person Company LLC (“ISS Global”) has acquired certain assets from OSF Uluslararası Lojistik Hizmetleri Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (“OSF Lojistik”), a Turkish logistics company engaged in international carrier services, under an asset purchase agreement dated 27 June 2019. As part of the transaction, individuals holding majority shares of OSF Lojistik has acquired certain amount of shares of ISS Turkey, which was closed on 22 July 2019. The Turkish Competition Board cleared the transaction in its decision dated 23 May 2019. ISS Turkey is expected to expand its business to a large extent as a result of the transaction. Read more.
