Biography

Tuba Yeşil specialises in antitrust and competition law matters. She has significant experience in merger control filings, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, vertical restraints, dawn raids and sector inquiries, advising on high-profile and cross-border matters across a wide range of industries, including digital markets, software and technology, telecommunications, healthcare, consumer goods, retail, media and private equity.

Prior to joining private practice, she held various positions at the Turkish Competition Authority, including lead case handler and legal counsel within the enforcement divisions and legal department. She represented the Turkish Competition Authority in litigation before administrative courts and contributed to precedent-setting competition law cases, as well as legislative and policy initiatives aligned with EU competition law principles.

She holds an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law, focusing on antitrust and digital markets regulation. During her studies, she worked with the North Carolina Department of Justice on antitrust and consumer protection matters involving digital platforms and healthcare mergers.
