Paksoy has extensive experience representing clients on antitrust clearance for mergers and acquisitions, including negotiation of remedy plans, before the Turkish Competition Authority, and provides assistance in antitrust investigations and advice with respect to a variety of distribution, licensing, agency, franchise and bancassurance arrangements.
Our antitrust team of specialists has accumulated in-depth experience, including previous employment at the Turkish Competition Authority, which gives us a strong market position to provide our clients with comprehensive expertise and capability to advise on complex investigations and transactions.
