iyzico, a pioneer in the Turkish financial technology sector and online payment services and artificial intelligence-based payment technologies company, signed a share purchase agreement on 6 May 2024 for the acquisition of Paynet, a frontrunner in the field of B2B and B2B2C payment services. Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by partner Serdar Ildırar, senior associate Melisa Sevinç Atılganer and associate Sibel Postacıoğlu advised iyzico on this transaction.
