Paksoy advises Arch Peninsula on its acquisition of Sanipak, a leading consumer products company, from Eczacıbaşı Holding for USD 600 million. The transaction remains subject to competition clearances and other customary closing conditions across multiple jurisdictions.

Arch Peninsula, a subsidiary of Asia Pulp & Paper, one of the world’s leading pulp and paper groups, entered into an agreement on 20 March 2026 to acquire the entire share capital of Sanipak from Eczacıbaşı Holding. Sanipak owns a diverse portfolio of well-established brands, including Selpak, Solo, Silen, Servis, Uni Baby, Okey, Detan, Defans, Selin, Dalina and Selpak Professional.
