We are proud to have completed another transaction and to have once again represented Türk Telekom, a leading telecommunications and technology company listed on Borsa Istanbul, in its offering of USD 600 million Green Notes due 2032 under Rule 144A / Reg S. The Green Notes have been listed on the Euronext Dublin Global Exchange Market and attracted strong demand from a range of investors.
This offering follows the debut issuance of a USD 500 million Sustainable Eurobond in May 2024, and Türk Telekom’s agreement with the Turkish Information and Communication Technologies Authority in August 2025 to amend and extend its fixed-line concession until February 2050. This long-term framework underscores Türk Telekom’s commitment to advancing Türkiye’s digital infrastructure and innovation ecosystem, while ensuring sustainable growth and strategic clarity for the years ahead.
Paksoy team was led by partner Ömer Çollak, along with counsel Merve Kurdak and associates Doğa Pınarlı and İrem Sabuncu.
