Actera Group and Esas Holding have signed a share purchase agreement to sell their 100% stake in Mars Spor Kulübü to Benefit Systems SA, a Polish fitness and employee wellness solutions company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with operations in five countries and a leading presence in the European corporate wellness market.
Mars Spor Kulübü is a leader in the fitness club market in Türkiye, operating fitness chains under the brands MAC Fit, MAC One, and MAC Studio, as well as a chain of spa centers under the NuSPA brand. The transaction is expected to close upon clearance from the Turkish Competition Board.
Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by partner Ayşe Demirel Atakan and associate Meriç Saçak Albaş, advised Actera Group and Esas Holding on their exit from Mars Spor Kulübü.
