Ontex Group, a leading international developer and producer of personal hygiene products, has entered into a binding share purchase agreement to sell its Turkish subsidiary.
Ontex Group has signed a binding share purchase agreement for the sale of its Turkish subsidiary, covering Ontex’s operations in Türkiye, its associated export business, and its manufacturing facility in Istanbul. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval from the Turkish Competition Authority.
Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by partner Elvan Aziz and associate Hazal Şenol, acted as Turkish counsel to Ontex Group on this transaction, along with Linklaters Brussels office as global counsel.
Merger clearance of the transaction will be led by partner Togan Turan, and senior associate Kansu Aydoğan Yeşilaltay
