Turkven, a leading private equity in Türkiye, signed a share purchase agreement for acquisition of shares in Medianova, a leading content delivery network (CDN) and cloud security provider. The transaction is expected to close upon clearance from the Turkish Competition Board. Equipped with advanced cloud and cybersecurity solutions, including CDN, Web Acceleration, DDoS Protection, WAF, and Bot Protection, Medianova has established a strong competitive position within its region. The company’s five international patents, developed in-house at its R&D center, underscore its commitment to technological leadership by delivering maximum security and performance across its digital infrastructure solutions.
This investment will empower Medianova to extend its digital infrastructure innovations, focusing on next-generation content delivery, security, and big data solutions. This will further strengthen its ambitions for regional dominance.
Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by partner Ayse Demirel Atakan and senior associate Melisa Sevinç, LL.M., advised Turkven on this transaction, while partner Togan Turan, together with associate Selen Toma, handled the merger clearance.
