
Paksoy is pleased to announce that Ms. Ayşe Demirel Atakan has joined as a Partner in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity practice.
With over 15 years of experience, Ayşe brings a solid background in managing complex transactions, corporate governance, and private equity investments. Her expertise and understanding of the M&A practice, with specific interest in private equity market, align with Paksoy’s commitment to providing high-quality legal services in Türkiye.
Ayşe joins from a reputable law firm in Istanbul where she advised on significant and large domestic and international M&A deals, private equity transactions, and a broad range of corporate law matters. She holds a B.A. in Business Economics and International Relations from Brown University and a dual degree of Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law and Master II en Droit from University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, with a specialization in international commerce law.
Ayşe’s addition to the team strengthens the firm’s client advisory capabilities, particularly in private equity and M&A, enabling continued delivery of comprehensive legal advice.
