We are proud to have acted as legal advisor to Türk Ekonomi Bankası A.Ş. (“TEB”) on its issue of USD 400 million Fixed Rate Resettable Tier 2 Notes due 2034 outside. Notes are admitted to listing and trading on Euronext Dublin. TEB’s Tier 2 issuance is a new record among Turkish issuers with demand exceeding USD 2.9 billion and it was seven times over-subscribed. This transaction marks TEB’s first issuance in the international Debt Capital Markets.
