We are proud to have acted as legal advisor to Ziraat Katılım Bankası on its issue of USD 500 million sukuk (Islamic bond certificate) outside Türkiye on Euronext Dublin. It is the first international sukuk issuance of a stated owned Islamic bank operating in Türkiye and the offering was almost five times oversubscribed.
Paksoy team was led by partner Sera Somay, together with senior associate Merve Kurdak, and associates Melis Gençol İnce and Bengisu Yılmaz.
