Groupe Cahors, a French-based international group specialised in the development of energy distribution and telecommunication networks, has entered into share purchase agreements for the acquisition of companies operating transformer plants in Turkey and Poland from Schneider Electric, a French multinational company specialised in digital automation and energy management.
The transaction successfully closed on 5 January 2023, with acquisition financing provided by a leading French banking group.
