Lesjöfors, one of Europe’s largest spring manufacturers and subsidiary of Beijer Alma AB, an international industrial group focused on component production and industrial trading, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Telform, a Turkish spring manufacturer to the domestic and international markets. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by partner Elvan Aziz together with counsel Serdar Ildırar and associate Melisa Sevinç acted as Turkish counsel to Lesjöfors on this transaction.
