The Turkish leading industrial textile company İşbir Sentetik Dokuma Sanayi A.Ş. (“İşbir Sentetik”) successfully completed an initial public offering (IPO) and was listed on Borsa İstanbul on 18 November 2021 with the ticker of “ISSEN”.
Primary shares and secondary shares corresponding to a total of more than 20% shares in İşbir Sentetik were sold to Turkish institutional and retail investors, amounting to an IPO size of TRY 368 million. The IPO was significantly oversubscribed and attracted a very strong demand from the investors.
Paksoy is pleased to announce that the capital markets team led by partner Ömer Çollak, together with counsel Ökkeş Şahan, senior associate Merve Kurdak, and associate Bülent Öztürk acted as transaction counsel in this project.
