Doğuhan Uygun

Doğuhan Uygun specialises in dispute resolution, including commercial litigation, international arbitration, arbitration-related court proceedings, interim relief, debt collection proceedings, as well as restructuring and insolvency matters.

He is an active trial lawyer with extensive experience appearing before arbitral tribunals, commercial, civil, and administrative courts, as well as the Courts of Appeal. Doğuhan has advised and represented international and domestic clients across a wide range of industries in complex commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards, unfair competition and product liability claims, and bankruptcy proceedings. He has also successfully represented defendants in criminal, administrative, and regulatory investigations.

Doğuhan serves as an arbitrator in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings and acts as an accredited mediator. His practice further encompasses restructuring, insolvency, and concordat-related matters.

He has been appointed Ambassador for Türkiye by the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) as part of the VIAC Community Ambassador Network (VIAC CAN) since 2023. He is also a member of ICC YAAF, YIAG, Young ICCA, DIS40, and Young ISTAC.

Doğuhan is the author of the book Dominance through Shareholding Rights under Group of Companies and has published extensively on commercial arbitration and litigation.
