Biography

Beril Paksoy is the counsel specializing in banking finance, project finance, restructuring and Islamic finance.

Beril Paksoy’s experience covers a broad range of financing transactions including club loans, syndicated loans, regulatory capital, ECA covered loans, ESG financings, acquisition financings, project financings, FI financings, various forms of secured financings and other structured financings. She has been representing international and local lenders as well as Turkish borrowers.

Ms Paksoy also takes part in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. She advices on cross border mergers and acquisitions in various sectors.

She has reputable knowledge and experience in advising clients in their corporate restructuring, corporate and commercial matters as well as their legal day-to-day requirements.
