Our services include the acquisition and sale, licensing and permitting processes, regulatory filings, environmental compliance requirements, administrative law matters and dispute resolution of energy, oil & gas and mining projects. We also advise project owners, contractors and financiers on the development, construction, operation and maintenance of large-scale infrastructure facilities, power plants, shopping centres and mining sites.
We support clients throughout all stages of PPP projects and state-backed infrastructure investments, from tender procedures to the preparation and negotiation of contracts, and from compliance with local and international regulations to the satisfaction environmental, health and safety obligations. We have significant experience with principal forms of construction contracts used internationally.
