We have extensive experience across the energy, oil & gas and mining industries. Our services include the acquisition and sale, licensing and permitting processes, regulatory filings, environmental compliance requirements, administrative law matters and dispute resolution of energy, oil & gas and mining projects. We also advise project owners, contractors and financiers on the development, construction, operation and maintenance of large-scale infrastructure facilities, power plants, shopping centres and mining sites.
We support clients throughout all stages of PPP projects and state-backed infrastructure investments, from tender procedures to the preparation and negotiation of contracts, and from compliance with local and international regulations to the satisfaction environmental, health and safety obligations. We have significant experience with principal forms of construction contracts used internationally.
Our clients include Independent Power Producers (IPPs), contractors, state owned entities, private companies and real estate developers, as well as energy, oil and gas and mining companies, architectural and engineering firms, professional service providers and financial institutions.
