We are pleased to organize the seventh event of the In-House Lawyers Association’s (KİAD) Wednesday Meetings series in collaboration with Cerebra.
At the event titled “Internal Investigations in practice from legal and forensic accounting perspectives” we will examine the legal and practical dimensions of internal investigations through real cases and experience.
In the first part of the event, our partner Gülce Saydam Pehlivan and our counsel Emre Kotil will share their views with experts from Cerebra under the heading “Internal Investigations: real mistakes, real lessons” Gülce Saydam Pehlivan will then moderate the panel titled “Allegation, investigation, crisis: The strategic role of in-house counsel”
Open to KİAD’s valued member network, the event will offer a comprehensive discussion of the management of internal investigations, the proper structuring of risks and the strategic role of the legal function in times of crisis.
