Paksoy advised Stellantis Group on the sale of shares representing the entire share capital of BPF Pazarlama (Stellantis’ automotive financing solutions provider company in Turkey) to TOFAŞ.
TOFAŞ is a joint venture between Koç Holding and Stellantis where 24.3% of the shares are traded on the Borsa İstanbul stock exchange. Following sale of Stellantis Turkey to TOFAŞ earlier in 2025, this was a complementary step to consolidate Stellantis’ activities in Türkiye under TOFAŞ and enhance the joint venture with Koç Holding.
Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team consisting of partner Serdar Ildırar, senior associate Melisa Sevinç Atılganer and associate Cansın Taner, together with senior associate Gamze Boran (competition), advised Stellantis Group on this transaction.
