Paksoy advised Türk Telekom, in relation to its inaugural USD 600 million senior unsecured lease certificates due 2030, listed on Euronext Dublin’s Global Exchange Market and issued through its wholly-owned asset leasing company, TT Varlık Kiralama A.Ş.
The issuance attracted strong demand from international investors, and was successfully completed, reaffirming Türk Telekom’s strong position in the international capital markets and global investors’ confidence in the Turkish economy.
