Borusan Next, a member of the Borusan Group and a leading company in the Turkish automotive sector, has completed the acquisition of the shares representing the entire capital of Carvak. The transaction received clearance from the Turkish Competition Authority on 18 September 2025. Following the completion of the acquisition, Borusan Next has become the sole shareholder of Carvak, and it is anticipated that the service standards will be further elevated through Carvak’s technological infrastructure and sectoral experience.

The merger clearance for the transaction was carried out by a team led by partner Togan Turan and associate Selen Toma.
