Parsan, a Güriş Holding group company listed on Borsa Istanbul and active in integrated steel forging and machining business, has now merged with its subsidiary, Omtaş, a supplier of forged parts to numerous high value-added industries. The merger became effective as of 5 September 2025 upon the Capital Markets Board’s approval and registration by the trade registries.
Paksoy is pleased to announce that an M&A team led by partner Nazlı Bezirci, together with associate Beritan Arık advised Parsan in transactional and corporate aspects of this significant transaction, whereas a capital markets team led by partner Ökkeş Şahan, together with senior associate Melis Gençol advised and represented Parsan before the Capital Markets Board for regulatory approvals.
