General Dynamics, a global aerospace and defence company, signed a share purchase agreement on 2 February 2024 for the sale of its General Dynamics Mission Systems – Italy division, including operations in Italy, Turkey, and the Gulf and Asia-Pacific Regions, to Maticmind S.p.A., a CVC portfolio company and a leading system integrator in the Italian ICT sector. The division’s Turkish entity, Pagetel, has more than 20 years’ experience in military shelter production, system shelterisation, equipment and integration, and supplies products and services to critical infrastructures, oil & gas, defence, and public safety markets. The transaction closed on 26 April 2024.
