We are proud to have acted as legal advisor to Türk Ekonomi Bankası A.Ş. on its issue of EUR 100 million Tier 2 Notes due 2034, invested by IFC – International Finance Corporation. This transaction marks the bank’s second debt issuance this year. The financing received will be channelled to SMEs focusing on financing projects with climate consciousness, small businesses owned by women, and agricultural enterprises.
