Paksoy advises the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on a USD 110 million loan to Enerjisa Üretim.
The financing is provided to fund Enerjisa Üretim’s expansion plan on its existing wind power portfolio and acquisition of another operational wind power plant with a capacity of 55 MW.
We are pleased to be part of this transaction and contribute to another green investment in Turkey. A Paksoy team led by partner Sera Somay together with counsel Zekican Samli and associate Bülent Öztürk acted as Turkish counsel to EBRD in this transaction.
