Doğan Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş. (Doğan Holding), one of Turkey’s largest conglomerates, and Aytemiz family members, signed a share purchase agreement for the sale of 100% stake of Aytemiz Akaryakıt Dağıtım A.Ş. (Aytemiz), which operates in the fuel distribution and storage industry, to Russian oil and gas company Tatneft.
Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by partner Serdar Ildırar and associate Melisa Sevinç advised Doğan Holding and Aytemiz family on this transaction. The transaction is expected to close following clearance of the Turkish Competition Board.
