European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has acquired 5.92% shares in Biotrend Çevre ve Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş. (Biotrend), a waste-to-energy firm which was listed on Borsa Istanbul since April 2021, from Doğanlar Yatırım Holding A.Ş. for USD 20 million.
