IMCD N.V. (“IMCD”), a leading distributor of speciality chemicals and ingredients, has entered into a share purchase agreement on 26 November 2020 to acquire the personal care business of Ejder Kimya İlaç Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş (“Ejder Kimya”). The transaction is expected to close in January 2021, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by Elvan Aziz (partner) together with Gözde Zorlu (associate) and Simge Şengün (associate) acted as Turkish counsel to IMCD on this transaction.
