Danfoss A/S, a Danish world-leading manufacturer of heat transfer solutions, has entered into a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of Eaton Corporation’s hydraulics business for USD 3.3 billion. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close by the end of 2020.
