Telus International, a world-leading communications and information technology company which delivers next-generation digital solutions for global brands, has entered into a share purchase agreement on 5 December 2019 for the acquisition of Competence Call Center (CCC), which provides value-added business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions in 11 countries including Turkey, from European private equity firm Ardian. The transaction is expected to close within the first quarter of 2020 after regulatory approvals are obtained.
Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by Stéphanie Beghe Sönmez (partner) together with Miray Cura (associate) acted as Turkish counsel to Telus International on this transaction, with Shearman & Sterling acting as global counsel.
