Sabri Kaya specialises in real estate and construction, energy, infrastructure and projects, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial.

He advises domestic and international clients on acquisition, development and leasing of real estate assets. His practice also includes drafting and negotiating construction contracts, as well as providing planning and permitting advice in connection with large-scale development projects.

Building on this expertise, he advises on energy, infrastructure and PPP projects, assisting with project structuring, risk allocation, and the drafting and negotiation of concession, EPC, O&M and other project agreements.

He also works on M&A transactions, particularly in real estate, energy, infrastructure sectors and where transactions are structured as asset transfers. In this area, he supports clients with due diligence, transaction agreements and regulatory clearances.

In addition, he has experience in corporate and commercial advisory. He supports retainer clients with their corporate maintenance requirements and he reviews and negotiates commercial contracts, with a particular emphasis on services, construction, and supply arrangements.
