Paksoy has significant experience in banking and finance work advising international and domestic investment and commercial banks, ECAs, DFIs, borrowers and sponsors in relation to all kind of domestic and international financing transactions in various industries including leveraged and acquisition finance, project finance, asset finance and structured finance on major infrastructure investments and other types of lending. Paksoy’s banking and finance practice has a thorough overall view of the banking market in terms of bank borrowings through representing lenders and borrowers in various syndicated and bilateral loans.
