We are delighted to be one of the sponsors in the Turkic Arbitration Association (TAA) Arbitration Academy, held in Istanbul last week.
Serdar Paksoy, Founding and Senior Partner of Paksoy and a board member of the TAA delivered a lecture at the academy on arbitrability and arbitration agreements.
Other Paksoy lawyers, Emre Kotil, CFE, Can Yılmaz and Osman Pepeoğlu also presented lectures on pathological arbitration clauses, written advocacy, storytelling and strategy in arbitration.
We extend our gratitude to TAA organisation committee, lecturers and participants for this successful event.
