On 31 July 2026, APP, through its Turkish subsidiary, completed its acquisition of Sanipak from Eczac\u0131ba\u015f\u0131 Holding following receipt of all required regulatory approvals and other condition precedents. The completion of the transaction followed the share purchase agreement entered into on 20 March 2026.
