On 29 July 2026, Azimut, a leading international asset management group, entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire approximately 100% of Yap\u0131 Kredi Portf\u00f6y, the asset management subsidiary of Yap\u0131 Kredi and one of T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s leading portfolio management companies.<\/p>\n

The transaction also includes a long-term, first-of-its-kind strategic partnership supported by a 15-year distribution agreement, providing Azimut with exclusive access to Yap\u0131 Kredi’s wide network. The transaction is expected to close upon completion of customary regulatory approvals including approvals from the Capital Markets Board and the Competition Board.<\/p>\n

Paksoy is pleased to announce that the transaction is led by partner Nazl\u0131 Bezirci, together with associate Mustafa Karada\u015f acting as counsel to Azimut.
