We were pleased to host the seminar titled \u201cMergers Involving Public Companies<\/em>\u201d, organised in collaboration with the Turkish Investor Relations Society (TUYID).<\/p>\n

During the seminar, our partners, Nazli Bezirci and \u00d6kke\u015f \u015eahan, shared their insights and practical perspectives on a range of topics, including the definition and types of mergers, simplified procedures, as well as material transactions and appraisal rights.<\/p>\n

The seminar attracted significant interest from participants and provided an opportunity for a comprehensive discussion on recent developments, practical examples and key considerations relating to mergers involving public companies.<\/p>\n
