The session explored how different jurisdictions address workplace tensions arising from religious, moral, philosophical, political, and identity-based beliefs, with a particular focus on the balance between freedom of expression and employers\u2019 obligations relating to workplace dignity, inclusion, neutrality, and business interests.<\/p>\n
Bringing together comparative perspectives and practical guidance for employers, the discussion also examined the legal and reputational risks that may arise when responding to belief-related conflicts in increasingly international and interconnected workplaces.<\/p>\n
