In August 2025, Amphenol entered into an agreement to acquire CommScope&#8217;s CCS business, which included a subsidiary in T\u00fcrkiye. Paksoy acted as Turkish counsel to Amphenol, alongside Latham &amp; Watkins as global counsel, on the Turkish subsidiary related aspects as well as clearance of the transaction before the Turkish Competition Authority.<\/p>\n<p>Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team consisting of partner Serdar Ild\u0131rar, and associates H\u00fcsna \u00c7ilova and Emre A\u00e7\u0131kg\u00f6z advised Amphenol on this transaction.
