The transaction received clearance from the Turkish Competition Authority on 18 September 2025. Following the completion of the acquisition, Borusan Next has become the sole shareholder of Carvak, and it is anticipated that the service standards will be further elevated through Carvak\u2019s technological infrastructure and sectoral experience.<\/p>\n<p>Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by partner Nazl\u0131 Bezirci and senior associate Melisa Sevin\u00e7 At\u0131lganer, together with associate Sabahattin \u00d6ztemiz acted as counsel to Borusan Next on this transaction.
