The financing transaction is marked as the first sustainability-linked financing in the Turkish electricity distribution sector.<\/p>\n<p>This financing will be used for strengthening and modernization of the electricity infrastructure across 14 cities where Enerjisa\u2019s distribution companies AYEDA\u015e, Ba\u015fkent EDA\u015e and Toroslar EDA\u015e operate, with a particular focus on network investments in earthquake-affected regions, as well as the expansion of the charging network of E-\u015earj.<\/p>\n<p>The Paksoy team was led by partner Sera Somay and counsel Zekican
