Through the acquisition of Metal Oksit, one of T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s leading zinc oxide producers, Ege Kimya further strengthens its portfolio of products serving as key raw materials for industries such as tire, rubber, ceramics, cosmetics, paint and agriculture. Completion of the Metal Oksit acquisition remains subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions precedent.<\/p>\n
